All the parts within you are connected, so we care for you that way. Unlike traditional therapy's narrow focus, our diverse team collaborates to offer a well-rounded approach. We combine top-down (cognitive) and bottom-up (body sensations & feelings) methods with the intention of achieving alignment with the mind, body, and soul. Recognizing this looks different for every courageous individual, therapies may include: somatic exercises, nervous system regulation, and mind-body techniques like yoga, meditation, and breathwork.

Here, we take in the waves of life's contradictions and complexities. 

We can feel both joyful and vulnerable. Gratitude for how far we’ve come and grief toward our past. Soft in our emotions and strong in our boundaries. Surrender and control. 

It’s seeing things clearly and fully for what we are and how we feel – many things, all at once.

It’s also why we prefer the psychological and physiological to walk hand in hand. The brain and body deserve equal love, support, and attention.

In this validating space of acceptance and openness, we stretch ourselves to hold and respond to our intricate thoughts and emotions while remaining receptive to the unknown that’s to unfold ahead. Together, let’s courageously commit to welcoming and reclaiming our whole selves for a more unified existence.

The idea for Nourished Wellness Group was inspired by Dr. Kelly Vincent’s intention to fulfill the need for truly integrative care. Drawing from her own lived experiences, she deeply connects and empathizes with our clients as she, too, engages in the practice of relearning, restoring, regulating & releasing. Dr. Vincent believes that healing and nurturing our bodies is a gentle journey — one she’s honored to accompany many on, with the support of her understanding, compassionate team.

As your nervous system finds peace and equilibrium, your whole body functions better. Therefore, you feel better. This is why we gently integrate nervous system-informed practices into our therapy plans, aiming to give you the nurturing tools to regulate your emotional state in times of imbalance – moving from numb to present, reactive to calm.
