Approach

My passion lies in supporting women, men, and non-binary individuals, couples, and triad clients who long for a supportive space to heal what has been hurt and create an environment to thrive through significant connection.

My intention is to cultivate space for my clients to align with their most sincere rooted values so they may have a foundation to thrive, especially during the hardships of life.

My clinical passion is rooted in supporting individuals who are struggling to manage symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, or those of a loved one. She supports each client by mindfully being aware of their cultural context while deeply listening to their individual experiences.

I primarily use a nervous system-informed and Somatic Internal Family Systems (Somatic IFS) approach to help my clients understand themselves and their layers while creating space for them to genuinely witness the many aspects of their internal world.

I’ve been trained as a yoga therapist, thus often incorporating yogic philosophy and mindfulness in my work. With a trauma-informed and client-centered lens, I work to guide my clients to compassionately observe their stories, beliefs, experiences, and bodies to build a foundation of security within themselves for less reactivity and a greater sense of balance.

I’m also passionate about supporting couples. Specifically, couples who are struggling with communication, finding meaning & connection, divorce & co-parenting, domestic abuse, intimacy issues, infidelity, intimacy issues, and marital & premarital support.

One thing I know to be true is that mental health is not a fixed point we arrive at and stay at. There are continuous fluctuations, life circumstances, and barriers to feeling whole and well. I hope you will join me in cultivating the skills to soften into more emotional balance, cognitive flexibility, and self-compassion.
