Start with a consultation

We invite you to book a free 15-minute consultation with one of our therapists to explore needs and fit. From there, should you wish to pursue talk therapy services under our care, we’ll schedule your first in-person session. If you’re using insurance, we have a specialist who will submit your claims on your behalf to ensure you receive reimbursement.

Identify what works for you

During the first few sessions, we’ll work together to lay the groundwork by thoroughly assessing your background, history, and presenting concerns. Then, we’ll move toward setting treatment intentions and establishing a plan. A gentle reminder – your goals can change and grow as you discover more about yourself. We encourage you to remain open to the possibilities while noting (and verbalizing) what feels sustainable and what doesn’t.

If it feels right, we may explore weaving holistic services into your traditional therapy treatment plan. From yoga to acupuncture, nutrition, and fitness, a mind-body approach helps tap into your physical self-experience and self-awareness in tandem with your narrative of the past.
