Our Approach
Holistic Mental Wellness
Initital assessment
You will schedule a free consultation with your chosen therapist to explore needs and fit. Your initial session will thoroughly assess your background, history, and presenting concerns. You will begin to formulate treatment intentions. This initial assessment provides the foundation for our therapeutic work. If utilizing insurance, we have an insurance specialist who will submit your claims on your behalf to ensure you receive reimbursement.
treatment planning
During the first few sessions, you’ll solidify treatment intentions/goals. They provide a map to ensure focus, direction, frequency, and cadence. You’ll periodically check in with your clinician about barriers, progress, and areas where you may need extra support. While goals are an essential guide in session, it’s important to note that they’re malleable and will evolve as you learn more about yourself & heal.
mind-body integration
We’re here to treat all of you, not just parts. Depending on your unique needs, we’ll explore integrating our holistic supplemental offerings into your treatment plan. This is where we pull in other disciplines, like trauma-informed bodywork, naturopathic medicine, holistic nutrition, breathwork, and others, for a multi-faceted approach to healing.
