Nourished Wellness Group is Hiring!
Join our holistic therapy practice.
San Diego holistic therapy practice is hiring part-time and full-time therapists
You’re interested in starting a private practice but don’t feel completely ready to do it alone.
You want to avoid the business, marketing, and administrative aspects of running a practice because they simply make your head spin (we get it).
You feel passionate about working with adult women from a holistic, integrated perspective, as this is something you embody in your daily life.
You desire a steady stream of motivated, committed clients (um, yes please!).
You have no desire to work with insurance companies.
You love being part of a family-like team environment where you are supported and celebrated!
You are trained (or interested in learning) in mind-body modalities such as EMDR, somatic therapy, IFS, yoga therapy, walk-talk therapy, and somatic experiencing.
If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet you!
A little about us:
Nourished Wellness Group is home to a family of licensed psychotherapists who work holistically - incorporating the body-mind-spirit along with evidence-based practices - into our treatment philosophy. More specifically, we are rooted within a nervous system-informed approach. We tend to use an active approach with clients, encouraging their growth and evolution. The best part of our team is that we strive to support and collaborate with one another, where it feels truly like a team effort.
Our founder, Dr. Kelly Vincent, started her own private practice in 2018, specializing in supporting women struggling with anxiety, trauma, chronic nervous system dysregulation, and life transitions. Outside of her practice, she began developing courses, workshops, and an online holistic hub called Studio Nourished for the community and the clients we serve. If you are interested in learning how to build out additional income streams, she is happy to help coach and support you. Since then, our practice has grown into a holistic group practice, Nourished Wellness Group. And we are so excited to grow our team!
Our ideal candidate has:
Experience or training in working with individuals (and couples)
Familiarity or interest in evidence-based treatments (like CBT, ACT and EMDR), as well as mind-body integrative approaches (like Somatic Therapy, SE, Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory and Mindfulness-based approaches)
Excellent communication skills, is detail-oriented, and well-organized
A strong commitment to professional ethics
Experience working with clients from diverse racial and cultural backgrounds
A solid understanding of HIPAA requirements and maintaining proper documentation
An interest in leading workshops or co-facilitating webinars focused on nervous system education
We are for a therapist who is interested in joining a group practice with the intention of making it their clinical home (or at least a one-year commitment)
Interested in being part of a close, collaborative team with a startup-type culture (nothing too wild, don’t worry).
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a W-2 employee position. The compensation package includes an hourly rate for marketing, administrative, team meetings, and office support, plus a flat rate per session. The salary range is based on years of experience. An estimated salary range, depending on part-time versus full-time, may fall between $75,600 (plus hourly) and $151,200 (plus hourly). Our compensation includes accelerator bonuses as well. For example, the more clients you see in a week, the more you make in a week.
What you’ll get:
Option to enroll in a 401k retirement
Monthly group consultation and connection
Quarterly team experiences (e.g. retreats, yoga classes, lunches)
A steady flow of referrals specifically matched to your areas of interest
