At Nourished Wellness Group

We’re dedicated to uncovering and tending to the multifaceted, complex layers that contribute to your complete well-being. Whether you've been on a winding journey chasing answers that never seem to get to the root cause, or you’re simply curious about a more easeful way to navigate through anxiety, past hurts, or overwhelm, know that you’re capable of great healing. Our therapists are based in our Encinitas office, offering both in-person and online therapy.

At our practice, we are passionate about serving women; however, we embrace all gender identities and expressions.

We help our clients effectively manage and work toward alleviating anxiety, high-functioning anxiety, depression, imposter syndrome, nervous system dysregulation, mood disturbances, identity development, and the effects of developmental or acute trauma on the mind and body. Our comprehensive treatment plans often include holistic community providers to support the whole self, such as naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, or energy healing.
