Approach

I am deeply passionate about empowering individuals to create lives that feel authentically their own. I firmly believe in the transformative power of human connection and the profound healing that can occur when we feel seen, heard, and understood—especially in spaces where that hasn’t always been possible. My therapeutic approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and exploration. Together, we will uncover the ways past experiences may unconsciously shape your present, and create the space needed to release these narratives, guiding you closer to the life you desire and deserve.

I understand firsthand the courage it takes to enter a therapeutic space. Sharing experiences that evoke vulnerability and a range of emotions can be immensely challenging. My goal is to cultivate a safe, supportive environment where we can explore these feelings at a pace that feels right for you, using tools and strategies tailored to your unique needs.

As a trauma-informed clinician, my work has focused on supporting individuals who have experienced complex relational and generational trauma, particularly survivors of domestic and sexual violence. These experiences often impact not just how we relate to others, but also how we connect with ourselves. The lingering effects of trauma can manifest in our emotions, thoughts, and even how we carry ourselves physically. Through an integrative approach that includes psychodynamic therapy, somatic practices, and inner child work, we will explore the interconnectedness of past and present, working through the challenges that feel most pressing for you.

As a child of immigrants, I am especially passionate about supporting first- and second-generation immigrants who are navigating the cultural complexities of healing. It is an honor to walk alongside those redefining their sense of self and creating new paths for healing—not only for themselves but for future generations.

The therapeutic journey we undertake together is one of discovery, growth, and healing. My greatest hope is that through our work, you’ll gain a deeper understanding and compassion for yourself, building the confidence to live a life that reflects your true essence and honors what matters most to you.
