What does a session look like?
Your session may look different depending on your individual presenting concern and treatment plan. You may integrate body-oriented practices within your individual 1:1 therapy with your therapists. Another option is to enhance your treatment by including a holistic supplemental practice in addition to your therapy. For example, perhaps your presenting concern is anxiety. You and your therapist may work to better manage the emotional and cognitive piece of anxiety during your 1:1 session. You may then also meet with our Naturopathic doctor to explore how your gut health may be contributing to the anxiety you are experience.
