    Founder & Licensed Psychologist

    Dr. Vincent specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, imposter syndrome, perinatal mood and anxiety, female entrepreneurship, and the integration of mind-body approaches such as EMDR, yoga therapy, walk-talk therapy, and somatic therapies.

    ASSOCIATE MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPIST

    Amy specializes in working with adults and couples to heal anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, trauma, entrepreneurship, self-esteem, and identity using an integrative, nervous-system-oriented approach.

    Associate Marriage Family Therapist

    Alicia specializes in working with women, men, non-binary individuals, couples, and triad clients to heal complex trauma, sexual trauma, couples, EMDR, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem while incorporating the mind-body connection.

    Clinical Supervisor

    Julia is a clinical supervisor who supports our therapists who are working towards licensure. Her areas of interest include working with those experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, navigating parenthood, relationship challenges, and life adjustments.
